Every item is made by hand in our kitchen on Superior Street. Selection varies daily — come in early for the best choices, and ask us what just came out of the oven.
Baked the old German way — with steam in the ovens and over four hours from start to finish. Our flax seed loaves, sourdoughs, and specialty breads are made from recipes unchanged since 1908.
